Thames Bank is a property investment and development company with the objective of delivering more from property investments. Using our real estate experience, commercial acumen and creative flair, we work to create returns for ourselves and our investment partners, that exceed market averages.

We focus on Investment, Development, Planning Gain and Consultancy  in the industrial, residential, office and retail sectors. Past projects include restoring prime Grade II listed office cum residential property in Belgravia, developing residential flats and houses and obtaining planning gain on sensitive sites. Right now, we're investing in and strategically managing a mixed portfolio of commercial assets across the country. 

Our future investment preference focuses largely on London's West End, an area which we feel offers resilience and stability in challenging times. We've invested successfully here in the past, before exiting at the end of 2006, when we correctly felt the market was showing serious signs of overheating. We are looking to enhance the investment value of West End office buildings by refurbishing, redeveloping or changing them to residential use.
